Premium Support Package

This product helps you extend the supported time, and updated your current theme to the latest version without losing your customizations. Below are the details for the packages:

Notice:

• Support time is calculated from your expired support time on ThemeForest. For example, you bought Woodstock on October 1, 2019 and the support period is 6 months. Thus, the expiry date of your support is April 1, 2020. If you purchase the bronze support package, your support period will be extended for another year, ie April 1, 2021. In If the duration of support on your ThemeForest has expired when you purchase the premium support package, your support period will be calculated from the time you purchase this package.
• Update time is also counted as support time.
• License: is the total purchase code you will receive when you buy a premium support package. By default, you always have a purchase code when you buy a theme from ThemeForest, and this support package will give you another purchase code (unless you buy the bronze package). The purchase code is used to install the Boostheme Toolkit app, and sends support tickets to our support team. Each purchase code is only used to install the Boostheme Toolkit app and receive support from us for a Shopify domain.
